These website terms apply to the public website. They do not amend any executed NDA, MSA, SOW or applicable addendum. Client services and Atlas access are governed by the applicable signed agreements.
An NDA alone does not authorize Atlas access or live client-data processing. Those activities require the applicable contractual terms, data authorization and security approvals.
This website provides general information about LMCS and its services. It is not project-specific advice, a certification of project conditions, or a guarantee of results. A submitted inquiry does not by itself create a client relationship, confidentiality agreement or service commitment; those arrangements require a separate written agreement.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or use the contact form for unsolicited bulk messages. Do not submit confidential or sensitive project material unless LMCS has agreed to an appropriate channel and applicable protections.
Website materials and third-party materials remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights. Contact info@leadershipmcs.com for permission questions. References to external sites do not imply control of their content or practices. Website content and availability may change. Applicable service agreements govern purchased services and take precedence over general website descriptions. These website terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These website terms do not grant a license to copy, use or distribute protected Atlas, Academy or client materials. Rights to those materials are governed by the applicable permissions and signed agreements.
