Effective October 9, 2026
Leadership Mission Critical Solutions, LLC (LMCS), based in Texas, United States, operates this website. The website initially serves a US business audience. This notice describes information handled through the website and its inquiry form. Contact us at info@leadershipmcs.com or (844) 640-3992. Information exchanged under a separate client agreement may be subject to that agreement and additional notices.
The contact form requires your name and work email. You may also supply your organization, role, phone number, project or initiative name, project context, inquiry category and message.
The website infrastructure also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, including IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and response information. A link you follow may supply a referring address. Authorized administrators separately provide account information when signing into the restricted management dashboard.
Please provide only general information needed to discuss your inquiry. Do not submit confidential project documents, credentials, sensitive personal information or classified material through this form. Before exchanging confidential project information, LMCS and the prospective client must agree on the appropriate channel and applicable written protections. Submitting an inquiry does not itself establish an NDA or service agreement.
An NDA alone does not authorize Atlas access or live client-data processing.
LMCS uses information submitted through the inquiry form only to respond to inquiries and discuss services. We do not use these submissions for newsletters, advertising campaigns or unrelated marketing outreach. Our service providers process this information to operate, protect and back up the website. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and security.
The website uses IONOS for server hosting, MongoDB Atlas for website data, Cloudinary for media, and Microsoft 365 SharePoint for encrypted backups. Resend provides administrative account-recovery email and internal website-inquiry alerts. Inquiry alerts contain a record reference and a link to the restricted management dashboard, without the submitted name, email, organization or message. Some page images may be delivered through external image services, including Unsplash. Requests sent directly to an external service can disclose technical information such as an IP address and requested resource to that service. Providers process information needed for their functions. LMCS may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security.
Inquiries remain stored until an authorized administrator deletes them; automatic deletion of inquiry records is not currently configured. Encrypted recovery backups are rotated under a scheduled retention policy. Certain recovery copies are retained longer, including a backup used to verify restoration, and rotation may be delayed when backup verification checks do not pass. Deleting an inquiry from the active system does not immediately remove copies from retained backups or backup-storage recycle bins; those copies remain subject to the applicable retention and recovery processes.
This describes website inquiry retention. Client-project information is governed by the applicable signed agreements and legal retention obligations; submitting a website inquiry does not establish a client-project retention period.
LMCS uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require it for their responsibilities. No security measure eliminates all risk.
Do not submit passwords, credentials or confidential project documents through this website. Client information must be exchanged through an agreed channel under the applicable written agreements. Atlas access and live client-data processing require the applicable contractual terms, data authorization and security approvals.
This notice does not amend any executed NDA, MSA, SOW or applicable addendum.
The public website does not currently use advertising pixels or a visitor analytics integration. Operational server logs are separate from advertising tracking. Administrative sign-in uses browser-stored authentication information. The public site does not currently implement special handling for browser Do Not Track signals. If tracking or analytics is introduced, LMCS will update this notice and configure any required choices before enabling it.
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing info@leadershipmcs.com. LMCS may need to verify your identity and consider applicable retention obligations. Available legal rights depend on the law that applies to you. Changes to this notice will be posted here with an updated effective date.
